In 2019, Capital Construction secured its first major government office project – the construction of a Taluk Panchayat office in rural Karnataka. This milestone marked our entry into public sector construction.

The successful completion of this government project opened doors to more opportunities. We expanded our capabilities to handle larger scale projects while maintaining the same attention to detail and quality standards.
